Application Kata "Performance evaluation"

Develop an application for evaluating presentations at conferences. This can run online or as a mobile app (or even as a desktop app).

When participants call up the application, they see a list of the current lectures. They may have to specify a conference (abbreviation) or select one from a list.

Currently, a lecture can be evaluated in a time window that opens 30% after the start of the lecture and closes 30% after the end of the lecture. Example: A 60min lecture at 10:00h can be rated from 10:20h to 11:20h.

A traffic light system is used for evaluation. A presentation is red (bad), yellow or green (good), depending on how well it was received. Optionally, you can also leave a comment.

Identification during the evaluation takes place with an e-mail address, which can be stored in the application or specified during the evaluation.

Each presentation can be evaluated as often as desired - a later evaluation replaces an earlier one. Identification takes place via the participant's email address.

If a session is not up to date, you can select it from a complete list of the conference for evaluation - until it is closed for evaluations.

The title, speaker name and speaker image are displayed in a presentation list.

Conferences must of course be stored "somehow" in the application. Each conference with a title and an abbreviation, each presentation with a title, speaker, speaker picture, speaker email and a time period.

The evaluation also takes place via a list. This can be filtered and sorted according to the event selected, e.g. by score, number of votes or speaker. Initially, only the title, speaker (with picture) and ratings and the number of comments are displayed. However, you can of course also view the comments.

The feedback, including comments, is automatically sent to the speakers by email when a presentation or an entire conference is closed for feedback.
